Our decaffeinated teas are decaffeinated using an all natural water process. This water process is an absolutely chemical free process which removes over 99% of the caffeine content. Only pure well water is used in our decaf process. We also carry teas that have been decaffeinated using the CO2 process, a process which uses natural carbon dioxide to remove the caffeine and allows the tea leaf to retain more flavor, resulting in a higher grade tea.
